The invention discloses a method for preparing a
cement clinker in a laboratory. The method comprises the following steps: A, preparing a
raw material, namely independently
grinding different raw materials, screening, mixing, putting water into
coal powder, kneading into balls, putting the balls into a high-temperature furnace, and mixing weighed materials and
coal ash so as to obtain
raw material powder; B, preparing a
test sample, namely putting water into the
raw material powder, uniformly mixing, putting into a mold, pressing, demolding, and
drying the
test sample in a
drying oven; C, calcining a clinker, namely putting the dried
test sample into a high-temperature furnace, and calcining according to procedures of staged heating and heat preservation; and D, cooling the clinker, namely performing sudden cooling by using a cooling fan, crushing the cooled clinker, uniformly mixing, and performing powder milling on the clinker, a retarded
adhesive material and a mixing material, thereby obtaining expected
cement. The method has great instruction significances for
cement development in laboratories. The clinker can be prepared from conventional raw materials and industrial wastes as well, and the cement clinker prepared by using the method can completely meet auxiliary
material design requirements.
