The invention discloses gauze
mask lining cloth. The gauze
mask lining cloth comprises 80.0-98.0 wt% of
polypropylene, 0.1-20.0 wt% of nylon and 0.1-2.0 wt% of electrostatic auxiliaries. A method for manufacturing the gauze
mask lining cloth includes steps of (1), preparing materials, to be more specific, feeding
polypropylene granules and electrostatic auxiliary granules in formulas into a mixer and sufficiently mixing the
polypropylene granules and the electrostatic auxiliary granules with one another to obtain mixtures; (2), melting the uniformly stirred mixtures; (3),
spinning the molten mixtures to obtain polypropylene fibers; (4), mixing the polypropylene fibers and nylon fibers with one another to obtain mixed fibers; (4),
carding the mixed fibers generated at the previous step to obtain
fiber networks; (5), carrying out needling and adding
static electricity, to be more specific, carrying out needling treatment on the
fiber networks obtained at the previous step to turn the
fiber networks into gauze mask lining cloth and adding the
static electricity to the gauze mask lining cloth; (6), rolling and packaging the gauze mask lining cloth. The gauze mask lining cloth and the method have the advantages that the gauze mask lining cloth manufactured by the aid of the method is high in breathability as compared with other traditional non-woven fabrics and is free of influence on normal
respiration of users; PM 2.5 (particulate matter 2.5) adsorption
filtration effects can reach 85%, and the gauze mask lining cloth is high in tension resistance and extremely low in wind resistance.
