The invention discloses a preparation method of cationic waterborne
polyurethane resin with high
solid content. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding
polyester dihydric
alcohol, micromolecular dihydric
alcohol, polyhydric alcohols and bis-hydroxyl
polyethylene oxide ether into a reactor to heat, and dehydrating in vacuum; introducing
nitrogen gas to protect, and dropwise adding diisocyanate at 60-80 DEG C; cooling to 45-55 DEG C, and dropwise adding
hydrophilic monomer after adding a catalyst; keeping the
reaction temperature to 45-50 DEG C and stopping heating until the content of
isocyanate is detected to reach a theoretical end point; regulating the
viscosity by using
acetone, neutralizing by using
acetic acid at 40 degrees until the pH value is 6-7; adding deionized water and a chain
extender to stir and disperse at a high speed, and removing
acetone under reduced pressure to obtain the cationic waterborne
polyurethane resin. While being used as a leather finishing agent, the cationic waterborne
polyurethane resin shows relatively firm adhesion with leather due to positive charges; while woodware is coated with the cationic waterborne polyurethane resin,
tannic acid is fixed by virtue of
electric charge effects to prevent the
tannic acid from migrating, so that a wood plate is flat and smooth, and has gloss and good sealing effects.
