A fuel filling apparatus is provided. The fuel filling apparatus comprises an overfilling protective valve arranged in a fuel gas supply path for supplying a fuel gas to an automobile. The overfilling protective valve further comprises a fuel gas path, a valve unit for opening and closing the fuel gas path by a valve body, a valve body displacement means for displacing the valve body according to a filling pressure of the fuel gas, and a temperature modulating unit for modulating a temperature of the valve body displacement means. Even though a difference between the temperature of the fuel gas and the operation temperature of the overfilling protective valve is large, the temperature of the valve body displacement means can be maintained within the preset temperature range by the temperature modulating unit and the overfilling protective valve can be exactly operated under the preset pressure.

The hydrogen storage tank (11) has the tank body (12) in which the hydrogen occluding alloy (MH) is being received, the hydrogen supply / discharge pipe (28) to which the on-off valve (30) is connected, the on-off valve (30) being used to supply hydrogen gas to the tank body (12) and discharge hydrogen gas from the tank body (12), and a gas supply pipe (24) used to supply inert gas to the tank body (12) and provided independently of the hydrogen supply / discharge pipe (28). The method of replacing the on-off valve (30) connected to the hydrogen supply / discharge pipe (28) is such that inert gas is supplied from the gas supply pipe (24) to the tank body (12) and the on-off valve (30) is replaced in a state where the inert gas can be discharged from the supply / discharge pipe (28).

By comprehensively considering two factors of the temperature and the pressure in a hydrogen phase chart, the used fiber-wound aluminum inner container can bear the pressure, and the hydrogen storage density is improved more, the waste is avoided and an overpressure condition is also prevented, and the safety of the structure is ensured. The fixed type multi-layered vacuum heat-insulating high-pressure liquid hydrogen storage tank is suitable for liquid hydrogen filling stations and gas-state hydrogen filling stations.

The invention provides an adsorption-hydration reaction dual hydrogen-storing method and a device for realizing the hydrogen-storing method. The method provided by the invention comprises the following steps: 1) performing hydrophilic treatment on a carbon nanotube after the carbon nanotube is purified; 2) preparing a solution for generating hydrate, and uniformly spraying the prepared solution into the carbon nanotube treated in the step (1); 3) placing a mixed system of the soaked carbon nanotube and water solution into a hydrogen-storing tank, compacting the mixed system, covering a hydrogen-storing tank cover, sealing and standing by till uniformly mixing; and 4) vacuumizing the hydrogen-storing tank, and then connecting the hydrogen-storing tank with a hydrogen source, and performing a hydrogen-storing process. The device provided by the invention is mainly composed of the hydrogen-storing tank, the hydrogen source, a gas booster pump, a pressure instrument, a temperature observing system, a pipeline, and the like. The present problems of utilizing, storing and transporting hydrogen are solved according to the method and the device provided by the invention, the hydrogen storage rate is increased and the operation is convenient.
