The invention discloses a method and a system for verifying register transfer level (RTL) of an Ethernet exchange chip queue manager. The verifying method combines the advantages of an existing hardware simulation platform and a software simulation platform. By constructing a simulation environment, a testing stimulus model and a testing detection model which generate a testing stream are built to control amount, varieties, sequence and bandwidth of an input stream, a dynamic bandwidth adjustor is used for correcting the bandwidth in real time, and simultaneously the testing detection model automatically detects bandwidth which outputs different streams and provides detection results, thereby detecting whether queue scheduling and reshaping function are right in real time in a simulation process, improving verifying efficiency, and finding code defects timely and effectively.

A method for testing a strip of MEMS devices, the MEMS devices including at least a respective die of semiconductor material coupled to an internal surface of a common substrate and covered by a protection material; the method envisages: detecting electrical values generated by the MEMS devices in response to at least a testing stimulus; and, before the step of detecting, at least partially separating contiguous MEMS devices in the strip. The step of separating includes defining a separation trench between the contiguous MEMS devices, the separation trench extending through the whole thickness of the protection material and through a surface portion of the substrate, starting from the internal surface of the substrate.

The invention relates to a position evaluation apparatus of testing a stimulation electrode. The position evaluation apparatus is an electric pulse stimulation test apparatus and the apparatus comprises an external program control instrument and a test lead. The external program control instrument comprises a pulse generation module used for generating an electrical stimulation pulse signal. The test lead is used for connecting the external program control instrument to a stimulation electrode. The external program control instrument also comprises an electrophysiological signal acquisition module, a storage module and an electrophysiological signal comparison module, wherein the electrophysiological signal acquisition module is used for controlling the stimulation electrode so as to collect electrophysiological signals of a human body; the storage module is used for storing the electrophysiological signals collected by the electrophysiological signal acquisition module; the electrophysiological signal comparison module is used for comparing the different electrophysiological signals. By using the position evaluation apparatus of testing the stimulation electrode, during an operation process, a position offset condition of the stimulation electrode before and after being fixed can be timely and effectively evaluated and tested.

Fast Objective Fitting Measurements for Cochlear Implants

A fitting system is described for fitting electrode contacts of cochlear implant electrode array implanted in a cochlea of an implanted patient. A test stimulation generator delivers to at least one of the electrode contacts a test stimulation sequence at a variable charge level and a variable stimulation rate over time, wherein the charge level and stimulation rate are inversely related as a function of a defined loudness percept by the implanted patient to the test stimulation sequence. A response measurement module obtains objective response measurements of auditory neural tissues of the implanted patient that are affected by the test stimulation sequence. A fit mapping module defines a patient-specific fit map for the electrode contacts of cochlear implant electrode array based on the objective response measurements.
