bronchus catheter comprising a main tube on which a right-side
bronchus opening is arranged, wherein the main tube is provided with a
cuff; the
cuff is provided with a
cuff tracheae one end of which is communicated with the cuff, and the other end of the cuff tracheae penetrates through the wall of the main tube to extend out of the main tube; the left
bronchus is provided with two electrodes which are respectively connected with one end of each of
electrode leads; and the other ends of the
electrode leads respectively penetrate through the wall of the main tube to extend out of the main tube. According to the invention, two lungs can realize ventilation and
respiratory tract dead spaces can be reduced maximally, thus ensuring enough ventilation. By using the bilateral ventilation type left bronchial
catheter, electrocardingraphy, electrocardio
defibrillation and pacemaking and body temperature detection can be carried out simultaneously while
artificial respiration is performed, thus greatly shortening the preparation time of heart pacemaking. The bilateral ventilation type left bronchial
