The invention discloses a manufacturing and mounting method for an S-shaped bent pipeline of a large
sintering flue. The method comprises the following steps that firstly,
lofting is conducted on a pipeline model by using
design software to obtain space curve parameters, and an actual model of a pipeline body is generated; secondly, an
engineering drawing is generated from parts of the actual model of the pipeline body, section view is conducted on the
engineering drawing, size parameters of plane placement of a pipeline are obtained, and
structural decomposition is conducted on the pipeline according to the size parameters of the plane placement of the pipeline; then, steel plate
lofting and composition are conducted according to a decomposed structure, and an actual blanking size is obtained; and finally, according to the actual blanking size, plate rolling is conducted to manufacture the S-shaped bent pipeline, and the manufactured S-shaped bent pipeline is hoisted. According to the method, the model generated through
software can be accurate in size, only manufacturing errors exist when the model is in
butt joint with field equipment, and finally a low-error
assembly finished product is obtained; and the method plays an important role in on-site mounting, accurately displays a weight of a hoisted object as well as a mounting position and angle, and ensures construction safety and construction mounting accuracy.
