The invention relates to a near-
infrared detection method for
lysine content in
muscle freeze-dried
powder of Yunnan native chickens, and belongs to the technical field of poultry
body composition detection. The method particularly comprises the following steps: 1) preparing
leg muscle or
pectoral muscle fresh samples of the Yunnan native chickens into freeze-dried
powder, putting into a
polyethylene self-sealing bag with the thickness being 6 filaments; 2) scanning a near-
infrared spectrum of the samples, wherein the
wavenumber range of spectrum scanning is 3996 to 10002 cm<-1> and the resolution is 8 cm<-1>,taking the single layer of the 6-filament self-sealing bag to be placed in front of a probe to remove background effects while scanning the spectral background, scanning each sample for 3 times, and taking the average value of the scanning as
spectral data of the samples, wherein each spectrum has 1558
absorbance values; 3) after preprocessing the
absorbance of the samples with SNV, then performing preprocessing by a Gap-segment-order derivative method; 4) substituting preprocessed
absorbance data in the
wavenumber range of 4050 to 9949 cm<-1> into a model formula, thus obtaining the
lysine content of the samples. The near-
infrared detection method for the
lysine content in the
muscle freeze-dried
powder of the Yunnan native chickens has the advantages of high forecastingspeed, non-destructive samples, suitability for large-scale sample detection and the like.
