A component receives aggregated transaction data from a financial transaction system for use in creation of an advertising campaign. A component provides a marketing campaign interface that allows advertisers to define an advertising campaign by display of information derived from the aggregated transaction data indicating potential market segments defined by the advertiser, define a predetermined market segment, and define a predetermined targeted marketing offer for delivery to consumers under predetermined conditions. A component outputs the campaign data to the financial institution for delivery of the targeted marketing offer to consumers within the predetermined market segment in response to the predetermined conditions during online sessions with the portal.

A system and method of allocating orders in an exchange configured for trading by a combination of electronic and open-outcry trading mechanisms is provided. One method includes permitting multiple quotes to be disseminated to the market, and providing market making rights of varying degrees to entities having a physical presence on the floor of the exchange and entities remotely located away from the trading floor. The system includes a trade engine configured for receiving orders from market makers on and away from the trading floor. The system also includes executable instructions for allocating to designated primary market makers a portion of an incoming order remaining after first trading against public customer orders.

Market status icons in real-estate information search and retrieval system

The present invention is directed to icons used to represent properties in a real-estate market information system. The icons of the present invention provide additional information about the property associated with the icon when displayed on a digital map. Icon indicia, such as shape, color or size, in the present invention is determined by combining at least two property attributes of the property associated with the property icon. In a preferred embodiment, the icons used in the present invention are indicative of the type of property and the market status of the property associated with the icon. The icons can be constructed such that further property attributes, such as square-footage range, could be also, or alternatively, be indicated by icon indicia.

A daily load forecast for the business is updated and compared with energy purchase commitments to identify imbalances between supply and demand. The outsourcing service submits a daily schedule of forecasted sub-hourly load and purchase and sale commitments to the independent system operator. The outsourcing service receives and processes invoices from market participants and generates financial settlement reports for the business.
