The present invention relates to a bricking method for bottom of steel
ladle, in particular to a steel
ladle with
high aluminum brick as the working layer of the
ladle bottom. The bricking method divides the ladle bottom into a ladle bottom, a ladle bottom
impact zone and a
water area, wherein, the ladle bottom
impact zone occupies 3 / 5 of the total area, meanwhile, a piling
brick is arranged at the
impact zone, bricking of the ladle bottom is from the
water area to the wall area, after the
brick is bricked around a reservation pit for the ventilation brick, one side near the bottom can be parallel with the bottom brick. A space is reserved before the bricking of the ladle bottom, and automatic material pouring is used for the space. After
drying, material is used to thicken the ladle bottom. The present invention increases the service life of the ladle bottom brick to 116 times, increasing by 28.9 percent. Compared with
current technology, steel consumption is reduced by 0.2-0.3Kg, and the cost of each
ton steel is reduced by 1.5 yuan.
