An improved process for manufacturing a biopsy needle assembly is provided. The process may comprise the steps of forming an aperture for receiving tissue to be sampled in an exterior surface of an elongated tube for receiving a cutter, wherein the elongated tube comprises a proximal portion and a distal portion; forming a hole in the exterior surface of the elongated tube; and applying a coating of material over the elongated tube to form a lumen for receiving vacuum on the exterior surface of the elongated tube, wherein the hole in the exterior surface of the elongated tube provides communication between an interior of the elongated tube and an interior of the lumen. In one version, the elongated tube may be placed in a mold configured to form the vacuum lumen when material is injected into the mold. A proximal hub may advantageously be formed by overmolding.

The present invention concerns novel methods for enhancing the mechanical performance of tissue adhesives and sealants which comprises employing a primer molecule in association with a tissue adhesive or sealant, wherein the primer molecule serves to enhance the strength of the interface between the tissue and the adhesive matrix. A heat dissipating device used for a PCB having a heat generating component includes a vapor chamber, a fin set, and a fixture. The vapor chamber is attached to the heat generating component. The fin set is connected above to the vapor chamber. The fixture is fixed to the PCB. The vapor chamber and the fin set are clamped between the fixture and the PCB. The fixture has a press plate which is pressed against a top of the fin set. Therefore, the press plate presses the vapor chamber without direct contact. That is, the applied pressure is concentrated on the fin set and then distributed evenly to the vapor chamber, which prevents deformation of the vapor chamber due to uneven pressure and further achieves the effect of the vapor chamber being attached smoothly to the heat generating component.
