The invention discloses a landfill
leachate membrane concentrated
solution treatment process and
system. The landfill
leachate membrane concentrated
solution treatment process comprises the following steps of pretreating
nanofiltration and
reverse osmosis concentrated solutions in the landfill
leachate membrane treatment process, namely
mother liquor, and removing
solid wastes and other
suspended particles in the
mother liquor, and after pretreatment, entering the
mother liquor deep concentration extraction and
dehydration. The mother liquor subjected to
impurity removal is pressed into a preheater and a heater through a pump, is heated to a target temperature, then enters an
evaporation device from the top, and is in direct contact with gas from bottom to top for
heat transfer and
mass transfer. The
evaporation device is connected with the condensation device, damp and hot steam distilled from the top directly enters the condensation device from the bottom and is condensed by
condensed water from top to bottom to obtain condensate, and the condensate is mixed with
nanofiltration clear liquid and then enters the
reverse osmosis system to be treated; and the
moisture-removed wet and hot gas is changed into cold gas and enters the
evaporation device again to form a closed gas circulation
system. The method is simple in process, high in
safety coefficient, low in equipment investment, high in energy
utilization rate and high in
automation degree of the whole process.
