The invention relates to an online
monitoring system and a control method for a heat exchange
station. The
system comprises a cloud side, a network, a control center and a plurality of heat exchange stations. The control method is realized by adopting the online
monitoring system for the heat exchange
station, and comprises the following steps of setting the
water supply and return temperature of a secondary network through the control center in combination with
outdoor temperature and the pipeline heat dissipating capacity of the secondary network; executing a
genetic method, optimizing the PID control process of each
heat supply controller, and adjusting the flow of a primary network by taking the error between an actual value and a set value of the
water supply temperature of the secondary network as an adjusting parameter; executing the
genetic method, optimizing the PID control process of each
heat supply controller when the actual value of the
water supply temperature of the secondary network reaches the set value of the water supply temperature of the secondary network; and adjusting the flow of the secondary network by taking the error between the actual value and the set value of the water return temperature of the secondary network as the adjusting parameter. According to the online
monitoring system and the control method, centralized monitoring,
data processing and resource sharing of a plurality of heat exchange stations at a district can be achieved, and the production efficiency is improved.
