The invention relates to an
intelligent control device and method for preventing a
conveyor belt from deviating. A lower
joist is fixed to a conveying rack, a bearing set is connected with the lower
joist, a swing bracket is inserted into the bearing set to be fastened after being connected with a rotating shaft in a welded mode, a gear is installed at the
tail end of the rotating shaft and fixed, a gear is installed on a shaft head of a
servo motor, the gear at the
tail end of the rotating shaft is engaged with a
servo motor shaft head gear in a relative tooth mode, a driver is placed on the lower
joist, and two ultrasonic distance measuring sensors are installed at the two ends of the swing bracket respectively. The three rollers form a roller set, the
conveyor belt runs on the roller set, a roller supporting base is connected with the swing bracket, and the three rollers are connected with the roller supporting base. A PLC is electrically connected with a driver and the two ultrasonic distance measuring sensors, and the driver is electrically connected with the
servo motor. The
intelligent control device and method have the advantages that the deviation amount is intelligently detected in a non-
contact mode, the edge of the
conveyor belt is not abraded, the deviation correcting amount is intelligently matched, reliability is high, and maintenance is not needed.
