The problems are emphatically solved that when petroleum coke is prepared into coke, oil gas volatilization is large, harmfulgas pollutes the environment, coke powder is blown by wind and flies everywhere in the outdoor storage process of the petroleum coke, the water content of the petroleum coke cannot be guaranteed on rainy days, and the coke powder is scattered everywhere when the bridge-type grabbing crane loads and transports the coke powder during external transport.
