The invention discloses a full-plastic
wheelchair. The structure of the full-plastic
wheelchair is improved. Compared with the number of parts and
pipe joints of an original
wheelchair, the number of parts and
pipe joints of the full-plastic wheelchair is reduced, and the full-plastic wheelchair can be installed without the need of a tool. Each half
vehicle frame is composed of a front rod, a rear rod and a
vehicle frame rod in a connected mode. A folding
assembly is composed of more than one pair of cross supporting rods, transverse seat poles and connectors in a connected mode, wherein each transverse seat pole is provided with a balancing pole, and each connector is provided with a bottom plate. Each foot rest lever
assembly is connected to one half
vehicle frame through a foot rest level in a sliding and matched mode, wherein a pedal is hinged to each foot rest level. A back lever
assembly is connected with a push rod through two back levers by means of locking hoops, wherein the two back levers are connected with a backrest. Locating lock buckles are installed at the connection positions between an armrest assembly and each half vehicle frame, between the back lever assembly and each half vehicle frame and between each foot rest lever assembly and each half vehicle frame. According to an existing full-plastic wheelchair, parts of each big assembly are connected through fasteners. Parts of each assembly of the existing full-plastic wheelchair are fixedly connected in an injection molding mode, so that the strength is better, connecting is firmer, using is
safer, and the full-plastic wheelchair is particularly suitable for
overweight consumers. The position of each foot rest lever on one half vehicle frame of each foot rest lever assembly can be adjusted according to the height of a
consumer and the length of the foot, and therefore different needs of consumers can be met. Due to the fact that the push rod is added between the back rods, the strength of the back portion is improved, the backrest is not prone to deforming, the consumers feel comfortable when using the full-plastic wheelchair, and push of the full-plastic wheelchair saves effort and is more convenient.
