The invention relates to a method for associating time slots (S0, S1,..., S20) with links (L1, L2,..., L6) between network nodes (1, 2,..., 16) of a
wireless interconnected network of a plurality of network nodes. Data are thereby transmitted in the
network on a time slot basis by means of the association of the time slots (S0, S1,..., S20) to be used with the links (L1, L2,..., L6) on a plurality of channels (C0, C1, C2).; According to the invention, a plurality of traffic requests are prescribed, wherein each traffic request specifies a data transfer between the source node (5, 15) and a destination node (8, 3), sets one or more time slot sequences, wherein a time slot sequence describes a time-based sequence of association of time slots (S0, S1,..., S20) with links (L1, L2,..., L6) between adjacent network nodes (1, 2,..., 16) of a transmission path between the source node (5, 15) and the destination node (8, 3). According to the invention, an association scheme for
data transmission via a plurality of channels (C0, C1, C2) is determined, considering all prescribed traffic requests, based on an optimization criterion, designed such that the number of the time slots (S0, S1,..., S20) used in the association scheme is as low as possible.; Interlacing of the time slots (S0, S1,..., S20) is further permitted within the association scheme, such that a time slot (S0, S1,..., S20) associated exclusively with one or more links (L1, L2,..., L6) of one or more other second time slot sequences can be disposed between two time slots (S0, S1,..., S20) each associated with a link (L1, L2,..., L6) of a first time slot sequence.
