The invention provides a consumption
signal conversion module which comprises a drive
signal generation circuit, a detection circuit, a modem circuit and a pulse
signal generation circuit which are integrated in a module by a thick module. An RC
bridge type sine wave oscillation circuit of a power amplifying circuit is connected in series in the drive signal generation circuit, a switch K4 and a
capacitor C15 are arranged at the control end, the RC
bridge type sine wave oscillation circuit generates two
alternating current drive signals through the power amplifying circuit, the drive signals drive two ends of a consumption sensor through a positive phase
voltage following circuit and a
negative phase voltage following circuit to enable the consumption sensor to form a modulation
carrier signal in the rotating process, the modulation
carrier signal is filtered, detected, amplified and compared through the modem circuit and then transferred to the pulse signal generation circuit to generate a pulse signal for a micro processor to recognize. The consumption signal conversion module is small in size, low in
power consumption and high in reliability, overcomes the shortcoming in the prior art that a
printed circuit board (PCB) board occupies a large amount of
assembly space, and can detect fault information of the consumption sensor on an
airplane.
