The invention relates to the technical field of wheat
field soil improvement, in particular to desulfurized
gypsum capable of improving the wheat
field soil. The desulfurized
gypsum is prepared from the following ingredients in parts by weight: 50 to 100 parts of limestone, 10 to 20 parts of flyash, 20 to 40 parts of
phosphogypsum, 5 to 7 parts of
bentonite, 5 to 8 parts of desulphurized waste, 30 to 50 parts of auxiliary agents, 3 to 6 parts of
silica fume and 5 to 10 parts of
fiber ether. The invention also discloses a production process of the desulfurized
gypsum capable of improving the wheat
field soil. The production process comprises the following steps of S1,
raw material preparation, S2, auxiliary material preparation, S3, desulfurization treatment, S4, oxidization treatment, S5, fusion treatment, S6, auxiliary addition, S7,
dewatering treatment, and S8, final forming. The desulfurized gypsum has the advantages that the existing raw materials are used, so that the soil
alkalinity is reduced; the
soil fertility can be further improved through
plant extraction liquid and
nutrition liquid;
nutrition ingredients are provided for the
crop growth; the land capability is improved; the soil loosening is achieved; the
fertilizer effect is enhanced, so that the soil salinization phenomenon is gradually and fundamentally controlled.
