The invention belongs to the field of microorganisms, and particularly relates to an ensiling method of sugarcane waste leaves. The ensiling method comprises the steps of 1, aerobic ensiling
fermentation treatment and 2, anaerobic ensiling
fermentation treatment, wherein for aerobic ensiling
fermentation treatment in S1, the fresh sugarcane waste leaves are subjected to aerobic fermentation for 1-5 days through
aspergillus oryzae XMS01, and for anaerobic ensiling fermentation treatment in S2, the sugarcane waste leaves subjected to the aerobic ensiling fermentation treatment are subjected to anaerobic ensiling fermentation treatment for 38-48 days through
lactobacillus plantarum XMS02 and
lactobacillus plantarum XMS03 to obtain the sugarcane waste leaves. The ensiling method has the advantages that in the first stage, the
aspergillus oryzae (XMS01) is sprayed for aerobic fermentation, various non-
starch polysaccharide enzymes accumulate, and the
moisture content of wilted ensiling rawmaterials is reduced; in the second stage, the
lactobacillus plantarum (XMS02) and the
lactobacillus plantarum (XMS03) are sprayed for anaerobic ensiling, the fermentation speed is increased, and thepH of the ensiling feed is lowered; meanwhile, the enzymes accumulating in the aerobic fermentation stage are utilized, and thus the purpose of improving the ensiling quality of the sugarcane waste leaves is achieved.
