corrosion high-pressure throttling valve of a throttling structure formed by a combined sleeve and a combined valve element, and a producing method of the combined valve element. The anti-scouring and anti-
corrosion high-pressure throttling valve is remarkably and structurally characterized in that the combined sleeve is composed of an upper cylinder and a throttling sleeve which are tightly matched and embedded, the combined valve element is formed by connecting an upper core body with a throttling core through a pin shaft by means of the hot-pressing technology, and a throttling cone shaft of the throttling core forms a reducing conical passageway throttling structure in a throttling hole. The throttling sleeve, the throttling core and a
valve seat making contact with high-speed flowing gas media are made of hard
alloy materials, and therefore high-speed gas flow scouring can be effectively resisted and borne, and the anti-scouring performance and anti-
corrosion performance are improved. The throttling valve has the outstanding advantages of being simple in structure, easy to produce, capable of saving
alloy materials and reducing manufacturing cost, high in anti-scouring capacity and anti-
cavitation capacity, long in service life, and good in
energy conservation and emission reduction effect, is particularly suitable for installing high-pressure gas conveying pipelines with pressure of 20 MPa or higher in the
petrochemical industry, and has quite high application and popularization prospects.
