A liquid pumping apparatus for pumping liquids, more specifically a linear peristaltic pump apparatus. The apparatus consists of a high durometer compressible elastomeric liquid flow tube (12), an infeed valve assembly (26), an outfeed valve assembly (38), an extensible and retractable actuator anvil (34) having a round surface which engages the flow tube (12) at all times, an opposed anvil (24.1) having a round surface in engagement with the flow tube at all times, the flow tube being held between the anvils (34, 24.1) in a slightly compressed state when the anvil (34) is retracted, and a control assembly (100) for causing the movable anvil to be sequentially extended and retracted to cause flow within the flow tube (12) from the infeed valve assembly (26) to the outfeed valve assembly (38). With this apparatus the lumen of the flow tube (12) to the sides of the anvils is not completely reduced to zero volume during displacement compression whereby gas embolisms do not erupt or explode when discharged. Two principal embodiments are disclosed, one having infeed and outfeed check valves which oclude the flow tube, and the other having check valves.

Turtle type pump dredge

The invention relates to a turtle type pump dredge. The turtle type pump dredge is characterized in that the middle part of the dredge is provided with a displacement type slurry pump, a material distributing machine is fixed at the front part of the dredge, and the material distributing machine comprises a bracket, a supporting arm and a dredge pipe; a bench rack which can rotate for 360 degrees is arranged on the rack, the bench rack is connected with a folding supporting arm, the dredge pipe is fixed on the supporting arm and the lower end of the dredge pipe is connected with the outlet of the displacement type slurry pump. The turtle type pump dredge has the advantages: firstly, the slurry transmitted has high concentration with the solid-to-liquid ratio of 80 percent, the water precipitation time is decreased, dredge field is not needed and the thick slurry can be directly loaded into tank vessels and transmitted, thus avoiding the secondary pollution; secondly, the transmission distance is long and can usually come up to 1,000-2,000m; and thirdly, the turtle type pump dredge can run in marsh, shoals and inland rivers and lakes in cities to dispose the domestic garbage and industrial wastes in cities.

The thixotropic agent comprises the following ingredients (by weight): 0.5-4 parts of attapulgite, 0.5-5 parts of meerschaum, 0.02-0.38 part of fumed silica, 2-30 parts of silica fume, 0.06-0.5 part of triterpenoid saponin, 0.03-0.5 part of cellulose ether and 0-2.5 parts of fiber. By the use of the thixotropic agent, static morphological stability of fresh concrete can be greatly promoted, and slope fixing forming can be realized after pouring. Meanwhile, dynamic deformation energy is not increased, and concrete has good rheological performance during constructions of pumping, pouring, vibrating and the like and is convenient for construction. The product of the invention is of great significance for ensuring construction quality control of drainage slope and curve superelevation of the ballastless track bed-plate.

Pumping mechanism, distributing valve thereof and concrete pumping machine

A pumping mechanism and the distributing valve thereof and a concrete pumping machine are disclosed. The distributing valve includes a valve casing (100) and a valve core (200) located in the pumping chamber of the valve casing. The valve core is rotatably connected to the valve casing, thus forming a main rotating axis (O). The valve casing has a discharge hole (103) throughout the casing wall, a first suction hole (101) and a second suction hole (102). The valve core has a distributing port (202) and a feed port (201) communicated with a material container. A pumping channel is formed between the peripheral face of the valve core and the inner wall face of the pumping chamber. The peripheral face of the valve core is provided with two cutting plates (210) protruding from two sides of the distributing port respectively. The outer side faces of the two cutting plates are rotatably sealedly matched with the sealing face of the valve casing. In a first state, the distributing port is communicated with the first suction hole through the space between the two cutting plates. In a second state, the distributing port is communicated with the second suction hole through the space between the two cutting plates. The distributing valve has a smaller matching area for cutting so as to ensure better sealing performance whilst have higher driving performance.

The disclosure teaches a method of sealing fractures in a wellbore wherein the steps comprise pumping a first sealing fluid into a wellbore under pressure, monitoring the hydraulic pressure of the sealing fluid in the wellbore for an indicator of seal initialization, stopping the pumping of fluid into the wellbore, monitoring the hydraulic pressure of the sealing fluid in the wellbore, and pumping a second sealing fluid into the wellbore. The disclosure also includes the method wherein the concentration of sealing materials in the first fluid is greater than the concentration of sealing materials in the second fluid and the method wherein the first sealing fluid contains a higher concentration of larger diameter sealing materials than the second sealing fluid. The disclosure also includes a method wherein the pumping rate change between the first pumping of sealing fluid and the pumping of the second sealing fluid. The first and second sealing fluids can be the same. The sealing materials of a sealing fluid are selected such that some of the sealing materials are larger than an estimated original fracture size.
