The invention discloses a method for extracting
chlorogenic acid from tobacco waste by combining a high-
voltage pulse electric field, microwaves and ultrasonic
waves. The method comprises: (1) dryingtobacco waste, crushing, and screening; (2) placing the crushed tobacco waste in a
solvent, standing, carrying out
microwave treatment, treating with a high-
voltage pulse electric field, adjusting thepH value with a
hydrochloric acid solution, carrying out ultrasonic wave treatment, carrying out suction filtering, collecting the filtrate, extracting the filtering residue by repeatedly performingthe previous steps, carrying out suction filtering, combining the two filtrates, removing the filtering residue, adding a protection agent to the filtrate, refrigerating in a refrigerator, removing the bottom layer precipitate, carrying out rotary
evaporation to recover
acetone, concentrating, carrying out
centrifugal separation, and taking the supernatant; (3) carrying out wet column loading on amacroporous adsorption resin, adding the supernatant, adsorbing, carrying out
elution with an
ethanol aqueous solution after the adsorbing, and collecting the eluent; and (4) carrying out rotary
evaporation on the prepared eluent to remove the
ethanol, concentrating, placing into the refrigerator, freezing, placing into a freeze dryer, and
drying to obtain the crude
chlorogenic acid. With the method of the present invention, the
chlorogenic acid extraction rate is high.
