The invention relates to a high-transparency anti-reflective environmental-protection type
polyvinyl chloride (PVC) green film and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of chemical product preparation. The environmental-protection type PVC green film particularly comprises the components in parts by weight: 90-92 parts of PVC, 1-1.5 parts of a
processing aid, 2-2.5 parts of a reinforcing agent, 1-1.5 parts of a stabilizer, 0.3-0.4 part of a
lubricant, 3.5-8 parts of a
plasticizer, and 0.1-0.2 part of a modifying agent. The preparation method comprises the steps of throwing a PVC resin
powder into a
powder-making
machine, starting up the
machine, heating to make the temperature rise, throwing auxiliary materials in the
machine, carrying out high speed stirring, again continuing to heat up to 120 DEG C and finishing high speed mixing, putting into a cold mixing pot, forcing to cool, barreling and sealing at the temperature of 40 DEG C, standing for 48 hours, and naturally cooling to obtain a finished
powder; throwing the finished powder into a film-making machine, shaping by a cooling wind ring, blowing up a film bubble, carrying out traction of the film bubble, then introducing into a shaping water tank, and rolling up; and smearing the film with a hydrophilic gel, and covering with a self-
adhesive paper and pressing tightly. The environmental-protection type PVC green film prepared by the method has the advantages of high transparency, good anti-reflective performance, energy saving and
environmental protection, and the surface can be smoothly and clearly written by a water-based pen.
