The invention discloses technology for spraying a rubber sealing strip on line and relates to rubber spraying technology. The technology is performed between a microwave curing process and a hot air curing process of the rubber sealing strip and comprises the following steps: 1) preparing materials; 2) performing earlier stage stirring; burdening the following components in part by weight: 7 to 10 parts of curing agent, 10 to 15 parts of water and 100 parts of dope; 4) fully stirring the curing agent and the water for 5 to 10 minutes to form a curing agent mixture; 5) slowly adding the dispersed curing agent mixture into the dope under a stirring condition and stirring the mixture for at least 15 minutes to form a dope mixture; 6) spraying: spraying the confected dope mixture on the rubber sealing strip, wherein a spraying temperature is controlled between 80 and 110 DEG C; and 7) curing: placing the sprayed rubber sealing strip into a hot air curing cage at the temperature of between 80 and 240 DEG C and curing the sprayed rubber sealing strip for at least 3 to 30 minutes.
