Points next to the maximum frequency point serve as effective signal sections to carry out cross-correlation time delay estimation, the effective signal sections contain high-frequency information of the signals and have the wide frequency bandwidth characteristics, and therefore the positioning error is small; meanwhile, due to the fact that the signal processing method based on zero crossing point analysis only contains simple calculation such as adding and subtracting, the calculation complexity is low, the signals with cross-correlation time delay estimation are only small parts of effective sections of a signal, and the signal processing speed is remarkably increased.
