infrared image. According to the method, firstly, a surface source blackbody is used as a benchmark to collect
grayscale images of an
infrared thermal imager under different blackbody temperature, and a temperature and
grayscale mapping model is established; the acquired infraredimage is preprocessed, a battery stack surface is separated, then the surface is divided,
subunit grayscale is calculated, and battery stack surface temperature is obtained according to the temperature and grayscale mapping model; based on the principle of inverse distance weight interpolation, battery stack three-dimensional temperature is obtained through preliminary interpolation on the batterystack surface temperature, then a battery stack three-dimensional
temperature error is obtained according to interpolation on temperature errors of N temperature sensors, a battery stack three-dimensional temperature model is corrected, and reserved output of the temperature sensors is used for evaluating the battery stack three-dimensional temperature model; and the model of a battery in use isused as a benchmark to establish a battery impedance and
temperature mapping model, and acquired
internal temperature of stereoscopic subunits is used to correct the three-dimensional temperature model. Through the method, qualitative and positioning analysis can be performed on a battery stack thermal fault more intelligently.
