production line and a method for recycling organic waste by biological conversion. The automatic intelligent
production line comprises a
tempering and stirring device, a lifting device, a filtering device and a pumping device, wherein the lifting device is arranged on the
tempering and stirring device and separately communicates to the
tempering andstirring device and the filtering device; the pumping device communicates to the filtering device. The automatic intelligent
production line also comprises a biological
bed, a stirring device and a
conveyor belt one-piece screening device. In a process that a stirring mechanism and an inputting mechanism are driven by a moving mechanism of the stirring device to move along a treatment groove in abiological
bed synchronously, organic waste input in the treatment groove is uniformly paved and black
soldier fly larvae are input uniformly; in a process that the black
soldier fly larvae digest theorganic waste, the organic waste is turned over and thrown through the stirring mechanism, so that the heat-dissipating problem in the process that the black
soldier fly larvae digest the organic waste is solved, the
digestion efficiency of the black soldier
fly larvae is improved, and large-scaled industrial application is achieved.
