Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing a protein feed by treating pig manure with black soldier flies, and relates to the technical fields of environment protection as well as resource reuse and utilization in the livestock breeding industry. The method for preparing the protein feed by treating the pig manure with the black soldier flies comprises the following steps: (1) performing pretreatment on pig manure; (2) performing primary fermentation on the pig manure; (3) performing re-fermentation on the pig manure; (4) preparing a culture material; (5) culturing black soldier flies; (6)carrying out sieving; and (7) preparing the protein feed. The method for preparing the protein feed by treating the pig manure with the black soldier flies has the characteristics of being capable ofsolving environmental pollution caused by pig manure, increasing source of high-protein feed, realizing benign development of ecological agriculture and so on. The method for preparing the protein feed by treating the pig manure with the black soldier flies is capable of treating pig manure, as well as treating livestock and poultry manure; and the protein feed prepared by the method disclosed bythe invention can be used for breeding pigs as well as chicken and ducks. Moreover, the protein feed is also suitable for aquaculture.
