The invention discloses a sensor cloud data collection method for a mobile base station. The sensor cloud data collection method is characterized by comprising the steps of (1), selecting a target mobile base station, and dividing the target mobile base station into five detection regions; (2), respectively installing a main sensor at the main node position and N sub-sensors at the sub-node positions in the detection regions in the step (1), wherein N is a natural number, which is greater than 2; (3), for a stagnation point group composed of the main sensor, designing an optimal access path as the mobile path of the base station by utilizing a TSP algorithm, and, when the base station accesses the stagnation point, transmitting data into the matched main sensor position by the sub-sensor node position; and (4), counting the data transmission time T1 of each main sensor node, and the time T2 when the sub-sensor node transmits the data to the main sensor, and performing matched comparison to obtain the time difference T=T1-T2, wherein in the step (4), the time difference T is obtained; when the T is a positive number, the existing sub-nodes are reduced; and, when the T is a negative number, the positions of the existing nodes are not changed.
