The invention belongs to the technical field of
beryllium ore analysis and testing, and particularly relates to a method for in-situ micro-area quantitative analysis of
beryllium content, and the method comprises the following steps of: collecting a
beryllium ore sample; manufacturing the beryllium ore sample into a probe sheet or a polished
thin sheet; identifying beryllium minerals, and thermally evaporating a
carbon film on the surface of the probe sheet or polished
thin sheet sample; and performing in-situ micro-area quantitative analysis on beryllium minerals. By arranging a light splitting
crystal directed at large-size interplanar spacing of ultra-light elements and arranging a
pulse height analyzer, in-situ micro-area quantitative analysis of beryllium minerals can be achieved, micron-level
nondestructive analysis can be conducted on the beryllium minerals, component information of the beryllium minerals in the micro-area scale can be obtained easily, and by means of the testing method and technology, the method has no complex
sample preparation process, and has the advantages of in-situ, micro-area, lossless, real-time, simple and convenient operation, high sensitivity and the like.
