The invention discloses an ink supply circulation
system capable of preventing ink from precipitating. The ink supply circulating
system comprises an ink bin and an ink bag, wherein the ink bin is divided into a main bin area and an auxiliary bin area, the main bin area is communicated with the ink bag through a first circulating
pipe, the ink bag is communicated with a B1 port end of a second circulating
pipe, a first
circulating pump is installed at the bottom of the ink bin, and the first
circulating pump is provided with a B3 port end and communicated with the auxiliary bin area through a third circulating
pipe; and a second
circulating pump is fixed to the bottom of the ink bin, the second circulating pump is communicated with the main bin area through a fourth circulating pipe, the second circulating pump is communicated with the auxiliary bin area through a fifth circulating pipe, the fifth circulating pipe is provided with a C4 opening end, a motor, a long rod and stirring paddles are installed in the main bin area, and an air outlet and an
air filter are arranged at the top of the auxiliary bin area. The ink in the ink bin and the ink bag can flow circularly through the double-circulation
system; and the long rod and the stirring
paddle are driven by the motor to rotate to evenly stir the ink in the main bin area, so that the ink can be effectively prevented from precipitating, and a
nozzle is prevented from being blocked.
