The invention relates to the technical field of ecological evaluation, and in particular, relates to a
food web stability evaluation method based on a stable
isotope technology. The method comprises the steps: measuring and calculating [
delta]13CTOC and [
delta]15NTON values in a sample, and drawing a carbon and
nitrogen stable isotope ratio two-dimensional
point set of each
population by respectively taking the [
delta]13CTOC and [delta]15NTON values as
horizontal and vertical coordinates to obtain five parameters, namely [delta]13
C value variation (CR), [delta]15N value variation (NR), nutritional
ecological niche area (TA), standard
ellipse area (SEA) and nutritional
ecological niche overlapping area (OA); and evaluating the stability of a
food web and performing manual intervention according to an
evaluation result. According to the method, the nutritional
ecological niche of main populations in the
food web in a sea area can be monitored and researched in real time, the
ingestion competition among the populations can be evaluated, and a data support method for precise enhancement and releasing and
fishery resource harvesting in a marine research area is provided, so that the purpose of refined ecological breeding of the
marine industry is achieved, and the marine
economic benefits are improved.
