The invention provides a perfume
drying device which comprises a
drying oven, a
heat pump module, a
heat exchanger, a fan and a gas circulating pipeline. The
heat pump module consists of a coagulator, an
evaporator, a
compression pump and a
refrigerant circulating pipeline, the
refrigerant circulating pipeline is connected with the coagulator, the
compression pump and the
evaporator, and a
refrigerant is compressed by the
compression pump and then coagulated into a
liquid state by virtue of the coagulator, and absorbs heat in the
evaporator to be converted into a gas state. The heat exchangeris a gas-gas heat exchange device and is connected with the
drying oven, the fan is connected between the drying oven and the
heat exchanger so as to drive air to flow out of the coagulator by means of the gas circulating pipeline and flow back to the coagulator after passing through the drying oven, the
heat exchanger, the evaporator and the heat exchange
pipe. The invention further provides an
essential oil recycling method using the drying device. Hot gas discharged from the drying oven exchanges heat with the heat exchanger through the evaporator so as to extract
essential oil contained in the hot gas, the
air temperature is improved by the coagulator so as to circularly dry the perfume, thus further achieving the energy-saving effect.
