The composition comprises an active ingredient A and an active ingredient B, wherein the weight ratio of the active ingredient A to the active ingredient B is (64:1)-(1:64); the active ingredient B is one of flusilazole, propiconazol, myclobutanil, penconazole, tricyclazole, ipconazole, triticonazole and tetraconazole; and the composition is prepared into wettable powder or water dispersible granules. The bactericidal composition is used for preventing and controlling powdery mildew, rust disease, leaf mold, gray mold, downy mildew, epidemic disease, alternaria leaf spot, cladosporium cucumerinum, leaf spot, rice blast, sheath blight and the like.

The invention discloses streptomyces strains and joint application thereof in prevention and treatment of cucumber fusarium wilt and relates to the technical field of microbes. Actinomycetes disclosed by the invention are obtained by separation from soil samples collected from rhizospheres of plants in Xixi Wetland, Zhejiang by adopting an actinomycetes separation technology, identified by microbial taxonomy and named as Streptomycesalbus 2013 and Streptomycestenebrarius M929, wherein S. albus 2013 was collected in China Center for Type Culture Collection on June 19, 2013 with the collection number of CCTCC NO: M2013269; and S. tenebrarius M929 was collected in China Center for Type Culture Collection on December 25, 2013 with the collection number of CCTCC NO: M2013710. The two strains can be fermented to produce active substances with relatively strong antagonistic effect against the cucumber fusarium wilt (Fusariumoxysporumf. sp. cucumebrium) and can be used for preventing and treating the cucumber fusarium wilt. When fermentation products of the two strains are mixed according to the ratio in percentage by weight of (3:2)-(1:1) to prepare a mixed preparation, the effect of preventing and treating pathogenic bacteria of the cucumber fusarium wilt is more significant than that when each of the two strains is used as a single preparation respectively.

LAMP primer composition for detecting fusarium wilt of cucumbers and application of LAMP primer composition

The invention discloses a LAMP primer composition for detecting fusarium wilt of cucumbers (Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cucumerinum) and application of the LAMP primer composition. The LAMP primer composition for detecting fusarium wilt of cucumbers consists of a pair of outer side primers F3 / B3 and a pair of inner side primers FIP / BIP. The invention further provides a LAMP detecting method for fusarium wilt of cucumbers by using the primers. The method comprises the following specific steps: (1) extracting a to-be-detected sample genome DNA; (2) establishing a LAMP reaction system; and (3) detecting results. The LAMP reaction system is implemented at the isothermal condition of 63 DEG C, and the fusarium wilt of cucumbers can be rapidly, conveniently and efficiently detected at high specificity and high sensitivity by incubation for 1 hour. A complex instrument is not required, field detection on the fusarium wilt of cucumbers can be met well, the LAMP primer composition for detecting the fusarium wilt of cucumbers can be used for early diagnosis of field diseases and monitoring and identifying of germs, and a reliable technology and theoretical basis are provided for prevention and treatment of the fusarium wilt of cucumbers.
