With a general structural formula as shown in formula I, the iridium complex-containing phosphorescence material of the invention can be used for Co<2+> detection and comprises a main ligand and an auxiliary ligand, wherein, the main ligand is a derivative of 3, 4-disubstituted cinnoline, and the auxiliary ligand is a derivative of 15 crown-5 ether dipyridine.
