The invention discloses a
chip device for three-dimensional
cell culture and in-situ real-time monitoring of
cardiac muscle tissues and belongs to the technical field of organ chips. The
chip device comprises a PDMS (
Polydimethylsiloxane) substrate, wherein the PDMS substrate is provided with two
cell culture cavities for culturing
cardiac muscle cells at interval; biological electrodes are respectively and correspondingly arranged in the
cell culture cavities, and the two
cell culture cavities are communicated; the biological electrodes connect chips and external electric stimulation device or electric-
signal acquisition device respectively by inputting or outputting of electric signals, and carry out electric stimulation on the
cardiac muscle tissues or real-time acquisition on electricsignals of cardiac
muscle tissues. The
chip device disclosed by the invention has the beneficial effects that the cardiac
muscle cells are inoculated in the culture cavities and can grow and be anchored on two
electrode masts to realize in-vitro three-dimensional culture of the cardiac
muscle cells, so that the two electrodes are utilized for electrophysiological-
signal acquisition and electrical-stimulation experiment and the like, and further the applications of
drug screening and environmental-poison evaluation and the like can be carried out.
