Preparation method and purpose of copper-loaded chitosan antiseptic

The invention discloses a preparation method of a copper-loaded chitosan antiseptic, comprising the following steps: 1) adding chitosan into an acid solution with a mass concentration of 0.1 to 5% so as to obtain a chitosan acid solution; 2) adjusting the pH value of the chitosan acid solution to be 3 to 5, thereby forming corpuscule emulsion; 3) centrifuging the corpuscule emulsion to obtain corpuscules, adding corpuscules into a copper salt solution, adjusting the pH value of the solution to be 4.5 to 5.5, and standing the mixture for reaction at room temperature for 5 to 10 hours so as to obtain emulsion; 4) adjusting the pH value of the emulsion to be 7 to 9, carrying out rinsing 3 to 7 times, carrying out refiltering or centrifuge dewatering, and collecting solid products; 5) crushing the solid products after drying so as to obtain the copper-loaded chitosan antiseptic.
