The invention discloses a goaf circulating grouting and filling
system for treating
solid waste. The goaf circulating grouting and filling
system comprises a slurrying
system, a grouting and filling system and a water
resource recovery system, wherein the slurrying system is used for
grinding solid waste to be treated into micro-particles with set particle sizes, and mixing the micro-particles with water to prepare
slurry with specific concentration; the grouting and filling system is used for injecting the
slurry prepared by the slurrying system into a goaf from a high position, the
slurry undergoes
solid-liquid separation in the process of flowing from the high position to a low position in the goaf by utilizing the filtering characteristic of the goaf and the
precipitation characteristic of the slurry, and solid particles precipitate in the goaf, so that the purpose of treating solid wastes is achieved; and the water
resource recovery system is used for recovering
purified water flowing to the low position in the goaf and conveying the
purified water to the slurrying system for slurrying of the solid waste, so that cyclic utilization of
water resources is achieved. Compared witha traditional solid waste filling method, the goaf circulating grouting and filling system has the advantages of being small in construction work amount, small in investment, low in cost, small in influence on a mine production system and the like.
