pipe and a cavity structure, the first heat conduction oil
pipe surrounds the outer side of the interior of the heating plate, the second heat conduction oil pipe is of an S-shaped wound structure and distributed in the middle of the constant temperature layer, and the cavity structure is equidistantly arranged on the second heat conduction oil pipe. By adopting the constant-temperature heating plate, the consistence of
peripheral temperature and middle temperature of the heating plate can be effectively kept; moreover, the
diameter of the first heat conduction oil pie is greater than the
diameter of the second heat conduction oil pipe, so that more heat can be stored, and the heat dissipation speed can be reduced; and meanwhile, by adopting the cavity structure,the heat conduction oil having
temperature difference in the pipe
diameter can ensure the sufficient space to perform the sufficient heat exchange when in circulation, and the
dynamic balance of thetemperature is realized, so that the uniformity of the temperature on the surface of the heating plate is ensured.
