The invention relates to a self-diagnosis
carbon monoxide sensor for a
coal mine and a self-diagnosis method. In the self-diagnosis
carbon monoxide sensor, an intrinsically safe power supply in an intrinsically safe housing is electrically connected with a battery conversion module and then electrically connected with a central processor; the intrinsically safe power supply is further electrically connected with a power supply conversion module, a
carbon monoxide detection circuit and the central processor in sequence; the power supply conversion module is further electrically connected with an output port
multiplexing circuit; the battery conversion module is electrically connected with the power supply conversion module; and the central processor is further connected with an
infrared remote controller in an
infrared manner and electrically connected with a display module respectively. The self-diagnosis carbon
monoxide sensor is characterized in that the central processor is electrically connected with the output port
multiplexing circuit which is used for controlling an RS485 communication module, a frequency output end and a current output end. The invention provides a self-diagnosis method of the self-diagnosis carbon
monoxide sensor for the
coal mine simultaneously. Via the self-diagnosis carbon
monoxide sensor and the self-diagnosis method disclosed by the invention, the integration of output multi-standard communication
modes is realized; simultaneously,
infrared remote control, self-diagnosis for the open-circuit states, the short-circuit states and the communication
signal fault states of current-type, frequency-type and RS485
bus-type output circuits, and self-diagnosis and
information transmission for the carbon monoxide component are realized.
