The invention discloses a distribution network expansion planning method considering the optimized operation of a regional integrated energy system. Firstly, a regional integrated energy system modelis established and the internal energy flow relationship is analyzed. Secondly, based on the multi-agent system, a three-layer interactive structure including the main layer, the regional layer and the device layer is built to realize the interaction of different entities on the spatial scale. Then, a bi-level optimization model is established for the distribution network with residential, commercial and industrial regional integrated energy systems. The upper level is used for the expansion planning of distribution network, and the lower level is used for the optimization operation of regional integrated energy systems. Genetic membrane algorithm and sequential quadratic programming are used to solve the upper and lower level models nested nested.
