Radar device

The disclosed technique includes transmitting a signal intermittently according to a transmission cycle having a predetermined transmission period and a non-transmission period; receiving the signal reflected from a target with reception antennas; and detecting the target from the reflected signal. A high-frequency transmission signal attenuated during the transmission period and a receipt signal received during the non-transmission period are combined together. A correlation value between a reference transmission signal and the receipt signal in the combined signal is calculated, and the amount of phase shift in an arbitrarily selected reception antenna is calculated from the correlation value of a reference reception antenna, and the correlation values of the other reception antennas. The phase component of the correlation value of the arbitrarily selected reception antenna is corrected on the basis of the amount of phase shift.

Rectifier circuit, semiconductor device using the rectifier circuit, and driving method thereof

An object of the present invention is to provide a rectifier circuit which can suppress loss of power due to parasitic capacitance or parasitic inductance of a semiconductor element. The rectifier circuit matches or mismatches impedance between a circuit of a previous stage and the rectifier circuit in accordance with the amplitude of an input AC voltage. When an AC voltage to be input has a smaller amplitude than a predetermined voltage, impedance is matched and the AC voltage is applied as is to the rectifier circuit. Conversely, when an AC voltage to be input has a larger amplitude than a predetermined voltage, impedance is mismatched, and the amplitude of the AC voltage is decreased by reflection and then the AC voltage is applied to the rectifier circuit.

Ultrasonographic device

The receive sensitivity of an ultrasound array transducer structured with a diaphragm electro-acoustic transducer (101) being a basic unit is affected by change in a charge amount with elapsed time due to leakage or the like, which causes drift of the primary beam sensitivity, degradation in the acoustic SN ratio due to a rise in the acoustic noise level, and degradation in the directivity of an ultrasound beam. To addressing this problem, a charge controller (charge monitor 211) is provided to control charge in an electro-acoustic transducer (101). A charge monitoring section (102) monitors the change in the charge amount. When change in the charge amount is small, transmit sensitivity or receive sensitivity is calibrated by a controller (104) by, for example, multiplying a receive signal by a calibration coefficient corresponding to the change amount. Further, when the change in the charge amount is large, for example, charges can be re-emitted from a charge emitter (103). The series of operations is controlled by the controller (104), and thus sensitivity variation caused by difference in the changes with elapsed time, particularly between the plural transducers, is calibrated.
