The invention provides a high-temperature- and high-
voltage-resistant high-insulating-property ignition cable, and aims to provide an
electromagnetic shielding ignition cable which has strong adaptability to severe environment, small in electromagnetic leakage, high in medium insulation strength and low in
transmission loss, can shield
stray radiation of ignition energy, can reach high insulation of 20kV in
direct current withstand
voltage, and can achieve shielding effectiveness of above 50dB. The ignition cable is realized through the following technical scheme: a
nickel-core conductor penetrates through an inner-layer insulator, a
glass fiber which serves as one of the insulators wraps the
nickel-core conductor, the insulator passes through a middle layer corrugated
metal hose whose outer layer has a mesh sleeve woven and is wrapped between the
nickel-core conductor and the corrugated
metal hose,
alumina powder is filled in an inner gap between an outer surface of the
glass fiber that penetrates into an inner wall of the corrugated
metal hose and an inner surface of the corrugated
metal hose, and an outer layer shielding body has the metal stainless steel mesh sleeve woven. The high-temperature- and high-
voltage-resistant high-insulating-property ignition cable overcomes the defects that a traditional
ceramic insulator cable is poor in bending performance, high-altitude performance and anti-
mechanical vibration capability and electromagnetic leakage cannot be avoided.
