The invention provides a dust removing control method for a heat exchanger of an outdoor unit of an air-cooled air conditioner. After a user stops using the air conditioner, a motor and centrifugal fan blades of the outdoor unit of the air-cooled air conditioner run in a reversed rotating mode under the control of a main control board, the motor and the centrifugal fan blades first run for T1 at the highest reversed rotating running speed V1, are switched to the next gear to fun for T2 at higher reversed rotating running speed V2, and are switched to the lower-speed gears sequentially according to the same control method till the motor and the fan blades run for Ti at the lowest reversed rotating running speed Vi. When running time reaches the total set running time T, the motor and the centrifugal fan blades of the outdoor unit stop running. By means of the method, dust on the heat exchanger of the outdoor unit of the air-cooled air conditioner can be well removed, heat exchange performance of the heat exchanger is improved, refrigeration and heating effects of the air conditioner are improved, the service life of parts of the air conditioner are not affected, and the method can provide comfortable living conditions for users.

According to the water chiller-heater unit, a first electromagnetic valve, a second electromagnetic valve, a balance tank connected with an electronic expansion valve in parallel and a controller are additionally arranged in a traditional unit; and the first electromagnetic valve controls the flow direction of a refrigerant in a communicating pipe between the balance tank and a shell and tube heat exchanger, the second electromagnetic valve controls the flow direction of the refrigerant in the communicating pipe between the balance tank and a finned heat exchanger, and the controller controls the first electromagnetic valve to be opened and the second electromagnetic valve to be closed or controls the first electromagnetic valve to be closed and the second electromagnetic valve to be opened according to the operation mode of the water chiller-heater unit and the exhaust pressure of a compressor in a compression assembly. The water chiller-heater unit and the control method are used for production and control of water chiller-heater units.
