cyclone groove is formed in the outer wall of the front part of the inner pipe, a second
combustion chamber section is arranged at the front end of the first
combustion chamber, the second
combustion chamber section is a conical pipe, and
flame sprouts are formed in the pipe wall of the conical pipe of a second
combustion chamber. The multifunctional universal
cyclone flaming nozzle has the advantages that the
flame spouts do not directly face the center of a
kiln, flames are sprayed out along the inner wall of the
kiln and are prevented from being directly sprayed on a
ceramic piece or a workpiece, and oversintering of the
ceramic piece or the workpiece is avoided; fuel gas and air are mixed more sufficiently, combustion is more sufficient, and
energy conservation and environment friendliness are achieved; the distance between the fuel gas nozzle of the inner pipe and the flame outlet is adjustable; the flame spouts can be arranged as needed to adapt to different kilns; a
combustor is simple in structure, easy to manufacture and low in cost.
