The invention relates to a petroleum-contaminated soil remediation device. The device comprises a photocatalytic assembly, an ultraviolet lamp set, a soil impregnation unit and a filtering unit. The photocatalytic assembly comprises a water trough, a convex lens arranged on the water trough, and a plurality of parallel partition plates arranged in the water trough in a staggered mode. The surface of the bottom of the water trough is coated with a TiO2 photocatalyst layer. The water trough is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet. The ultraviolet lamp set is hinged to the photocatalytic assembly through a rotary shaft. One end of the filtering unit is connected with the soil impregnation unit, and the other end of the filtering unit is connected with the water inlet.
