Several embodiments of a device for economically harvesting wave energy are disclosed. Local motion vectors are estimated by the grayscale projection algorithm in the secondary precision stabilization, and compensation is realized by reversely rotating and translating current images on the basis of translation and rotation quantity of affine transformation model estimation frames. Using the onboard video image stabilizing method can effectively eliminate interferences such as rotation and shake of onboard videos, and compared with a traditional single-mode stabilizing method, the onboard video image stabilizing method has the advantages that operation time can be reduced, image stabilizing efficiency is improved, and the requirement on timeliness can be better met.
