The invention provides an underwater immersive water purifying device which comprises a water purifying unit, wherein buoys are arranged around the water purifying unit; the water purifying unit is immersed on the water level through the buoys around, so that the upper part of the water purifying unit is exposed on the water level, and the other parts are immersed into the water; the buoys around the water purifying unit are combined together to form a working floating platform on which people can walk through; the water purifying unit comprises a mixing area, a reaction zone, a settling zone and a clean water zone which are tightly and compactly arranged in sequence along the water flowing direction; and every adjacent two of the mixing zone, the reaction zone, the settling zone and the clean water zone are communicated with each other. By utilizing the scheme, as the whole water purifying device is put into the water, water can be taken conveniently, the land is saved, no capital construction is needed, and moreover the construction period is short; meanwhile due to the balance between the internal and external water pressures, the water purifying unit can be made of a stainless steel plate which is 1mm thick, and the problem of bearing pressure is avoided, so that the manufacturing cost is relatively low, and the service life is ensured.
