Collapsible rack

A rack includes a rear wall and two side walls hinged to the rear wall to pivot toward one another when the rack is being collapsed. The side walls include brackets releasably supporting shelves. The shelves are made of metal wire and may be collapsed to a flat configuration and when erected, comprise a rectangular cubic structure. The rear wall has a bottom grid assembly pivotably mounted to the rear wall so that it may be pivoted downwardly when the rack is being opened and assembled, and may be pivoted upwardly to lie flat against the rear wall for storage and transport. Hay feeder

A feeder of hay-like livestock feed including types of feed being provided as, or mixed in with one or more of straw, grass-like plant stems, grains and shafted grains; the feeder comprising: a hay holding cage that has a gridwork of horizontal as well as vertical bars that create openings sized to limit livestock to pulling out only a mouthful of hay at a time, thereby reducing wasted hay dropped on the ground, wherein opening is 1 to 2.5 inches larger than muzzle dimensions for the animals to be fed, a skirt rail at a height matching a toe to brisket dimension of cattle; a top opening sized for length of bale, and bottom of grid spaced to get about 32″ from cage side to outside of top skirt rail=average brisket to muzzle / nose dimension for cattle an inverted pyramid-like funnel with four sides (gridwork on all 4 if square / equal-sided pyr); or (long rectangular cage is V trough with flat vertical ends covered by panels, and four corner legs supporting top of cage.

Fishing rod caddy

A fishing rod cavity. A top is joined to a bottom by a plurality of columns. An upper end of each column is frictionally disposed within a top cavity; a lower end of each column is frictionally disposed within a bottom cavity. A column cavity sized to admit a fishing rod handle is disposed at an upper end of each column, to hold the fishing rod for rinsing after salt water use. Drains through the bottom allow rinse water to escape out of a cavity in the fishing rod caddy, and also reduce the fishing rod caddy's weight. Alternate embodiments provide slots sized to admit, store, and transport tackle box trays, and a cavity sized to admit a standard bucket. The fishing rod caddy is made of nylon, plastic, or synthetic material to reduce water absorption and help prevent mold growth on the fishing rod caddy.

Cloaked remote client access

A datagram oriented UDP protocol is used for communication between tunnel gateways in a wide area network. Lightweight remote client accesses network services using TCP tunneling. Each remote client maintains one or more UDP / IP+DTLS communication channels to a single member of the gateway group. Gateway servers belonging to the gateway group form some interconnection topology linking each gateway server to each other gateway server, whereby each gateway server maintains a communication channel with every other gateway server in the gateway group. Through the links between gateway servers, a remote client may access any application provided by any gateway server within the gateway group regardless of which gateway server it is connected to, which serves to cloak its communication patterns.

I-Beam Trolley

A trolley for transporting objects hanging from an I-beam normally securely grips or latches to the I-beam via a pair of brake pads that are urged upward against the bottom of the beam by a torsion spring. The torsion spring is released by pulling a lever downward. Applying lateral force to the trolley, preferably by applying a lateral force to the same lever, pulls the trolley along the I-beam as the wheels engaging the upper portion of the I-beam can rotate freely once the brake pads are released. Releasing the lever after the trolling is pulled to the desired location causes the brakes to again firmly grip the I-beam.

Flexible tube for irrigating trees

A device for watering vegetation, such as a tree, has a flexible tube that can be laid flat and rolled up. The flexible tube has a watertight seal about 2 inches to about 6 inches from each end, which leaves a flap at each end. The flexible tube is placed in a circular configuration around the tree, and its flaps are joined together with hook and loop fasteners. There are one or two openings along the length of the tube through which water can be admitted into the flexible tube. At or near the bottom of the flexible tube is at least one pre-filtered drip emitter from which water can leave the flexible tube at a controlled flow rate.
